Description
The home is located in the San Luis Valley of Southern Colorado, next to the town of Crestone.
The main house, studio and greenhouse are all connected by a continuous, covered walkway which allows for easy walking between the buildings in all types of weather.
The home sits on a half acre lot and includes an adjoining half acre buildable lot.
It is situated in a private, quiet setting, with a greenbelt adjoining towards the mountains and the Great Sand Dunes National Park directly to the south.
Combined the buildings cover approximately 2500 sq. ft. not including the walkway.
The main house and studio each have two stories with open floor plans upstairs and individual rooms downstairs. All three structures have geodesic dome roofs.
Monarch Ski Resort, Penitente Canyon rock climbing, mountain creeks and trails, several hot springs resorts and various spiritual retreat centers are all nearby.
