Roomies are all in their early twenties; they are sweet and are easy to work with. I'm not sure what their school schedules are now, but one was going to utsa, another went to both utsa and northwest vista, and the other San Antonio college. ( Education, Business and Undecided, I believe) They speak both English and Spanish. They are more girly that I ever was, So they like to dress up, shop, and go out.
I am moving out due to convinence and preferance. I'm freshly out of high school and and little too serious; thus lived very seperatly from my roomies, So if that is what you want, it is very much possible, because I did it. Though I know they really wanted to take me out and have me join them in their party life, I never did, but if you want that, they will be even more overjoyed to have you. As for me, I am either with my boyfriend, who I'm practically living with, or downtown working in UTSA's architectural studios; thus I have no need for this apartment.
I should have done this months ago and now money is running low and I need to get rid of my room.
If you are to take over my lease; you will not be subleasing through me. I will pay the Apartment office about $200 to restart the whole process with you and you pay the office monthly $517, if they say any differently for your monthly rent, I will pay the differenence. Rent is $517, Bills all paid, with a cap of electricity of $25 per roomate, thus $100 for the apartment. So if you conserve electricity, 517 is all you will pay.
