Hello, I'm an A+ Certified PC technician offering my services to fix your problematic Windows PC. I have over 10 years of experience building and repairing low to high end computer systems, from business laptops to high end gaming desktops. Hiring a professional makes all the difference when troubleshooting serious debilitating issues.
Trouble with hardware, monitors, viruses, windows (versions 98 to present), hard drives, installing hardware or software, printers, no internet connection, input devices (mice, keyboards), registry errors and more, I can fix them all fairly quickly. I work in all boroughs of New York City except for Staten Island.
Unlike most other PC repair solutions, I can guarantee that I will save your sensitive data, such as pictures and irreplaceable documents, unless you have an irreparable hard drive problem.
I will not fix defective or electrically unsound parts which may become a fire hazard or be unsafe in the future. If you need a replacement part, I will help you pick out and order the part, and then I'll come back and install it. I also do not fix Apple products. If you are having trouble assembling a new PC, I also offer my services to you as I have hand built whole systems many times. Some processes take a while, such a re-installing windows, and in some extreme cases I may schedule a return appointment with you to finish the repair or follow up on the health of the system. I like to leave my costumer's PCs running as well as it did when it was new.
My prices are very fair and vary based on the difficulty and time it takes to repair the problem. I will provide a likely diagnosis for the problem and a cost estimate over the phone, usually ranging from $40-$100, and set up an appointment with you. Don't bother bringing it to a shop, when I can come to your home and fix it in its working environment, on the spot. I will service home PCs and most business PCs.
