Your bedroom is semi- furnished….can bring own bed or we have a couch….but there is enough space for your own furniture also if you like…we can move things around.
This may be a temporary rental for only February and March…our lease is up in April…we may or may not move. If you need to move somewhere NOW, this is a great place that you can use as a temporary place as you seek out another place to stay that will be more permanent.

Me and my roommate (2 of us) occupy the living room area, and we will all be sharing one bathroom.
I am a Russian/Armenian 26 year old female, My roommate is an African America 35 year old male.
We are both Christians, We don’t do drugs, We don’t smoke, I don’t drink at all but he drinks moderately.
I am a UCLA graduate with a BA in Psychology, graduated in 2008, He is a youth minister.
