Electric gas cooker, electric baking oven, fridge, freezer, German coffee machine, 3 caffettiera, toaster, sat tv, 1 radio with cd-player, 1 radio, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum, 2 balcony tables, 8 chairs, 3 sunshades, clotheshorse with clothespins, dishtowels, towels, bed linen, towels for the bathroom, barbecue at the great yard.

Water, gas, electric and final cleaning incl.
Washer available, can be used for a small charge.
For the colder season there are 3 gas-fired furnaces available, please pay the price for the gas cylinders (35€ per cylinder) to our caretaker.
Shopping facilities are in close vicinity.
In direction to Etna (20min distance from home) and to the town Randazzo, you have the opportunity to get to know the characteristic and rich in tradition kitchen of Sicily.

Our apartment is located app 2km out of the historic city Randazzo, surrounded by lava rocks in the greens.
On the big private terrain there are sufficient parking and place for playing and to barbecue.
Each Sunday big market from 8am till 1pm.
From the balcony you have a fantastic view to the Etna and to the beautiful landscape around our house.
An ideal location for nature lover, hiker, sportsmen, cyclist and biker.
These can be delighted of wonderful trips and all others who wants to excurse the beautiful landscape around Etna.
Also in winter on skiing tours you will have stunning impressions on the Etna and will stay in your mind for very long time.
It’s only a short hop to the Etna.
