Description
Achieve customer service and sales objectives by explaining bank products and services to customers; identifying needs and cross selling as appropriate; and completing sales transactions by opening accounts or making referrals to authorized personnel.
1. Open checking, savings, and IRA accounts; identify customer needs and explain bank products and services while maintaining acceptable cross-selling ratios. 2. Issue and redeem Certificates of Deposit and assist customers with rate information. 3. Provide maintenance for customer accounts: research and resolve customer questions and/or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. 4. Make business calls to prospective customers to promote Colonial's services. 5. Make consumer loan, mortgage loan, and investment referrals to appropriate personnel. 6. Assist with various operational duties as necessary. 7. Attend work on a regular basis, on time, and withstand varying degrees of stress.
Requirements High school graduate or equivalent required. One plus years retail branch or sales experience required. Strong knowledge of competition and product knowledge needed. Good PC skills.
