Responsible for the expansion and retention of existing customer base of business, through comprehensive knowledge of IBC product benefits and values, as well as the development of new business.
Participate in the customer/officer call program to ensure client satisfaction with operational services.
Support sales staff by encouraging their interest and participation in cross-selling bank products, services, and other Bank sales promotions.
Job Requirements
Education, Experience, and Skills
High School diploma
Some college preferred
Minimum of one year of related sales management and financial industry experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as organizational, customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
