Operations Analyst in Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities include:
* Day to day operations in Registered Transfers.
* Transfer Processing unit involving daily production and use of various accounting and tracking applications
* Managing time and workflow in order to meet service level agreements and department standards
* Cross-training on additional functions within the department and resource sharing during down time and peak volumes
* Organize and maintain control of file
Business Skills:
* Strong data entry skills
* Personal computer proficient (Word & Excel)
* 50 WPM typing
* 10 key by touch
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent attention to details
* Analytical decision making capabilities
* Previous experience in an operations environment preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: High School Degree or Equivalent Required. Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
