Young woman with well-behaved family has fallen on hard times and is(or will be shortly) in need of housing. Four adults( includes two young adults). Not a rowdy crowd.Just looking for a safe, unstressful haven in the West Philadelphia area. We desire a four bedroom, but will work with three(has a sleeper sofa)and can only realistically afford $500.00 for rent(minus utilities).
