This sucks... (Not what you were expecting to read huh) I had a great roommate but now the love bug bit him and he's gone. I have a two bedroom apartment and am looking to share is with another male (sorry ladies). I am a GWM, Professional, hardly ever home looking for another guy to share my home.
The apartment is fully furnished and you have total access to everything. Your room is furnished. Fully wired for Computer and TV, (even have a spare computer if you need one), and the home has wireless internet throughout.
You gotta have a sense of humor to live here, and have to like cats (I have two and they love everyone especially if you have a can of Tuna in your hand)
I am centrally located 10 mins to Tampa, 5 mins to downtown St. Pete, and 10 mins to Clearwater (okay longer during season but that goes without saying)
Deposit is negotiable, and if your wish we can budget utilities as a monthly payment included in the rent, or pay half as the bills arrive. I have been in this complex for four years, and they are just starting a $50 million renovation of the property, its great now, and going to be better later! There are two pools on property. Laundry facilities, and if you wish we can even include monthly cleaning services in your rent.
What’s not included? Your food, a land line phone (I just have a cell)
I'm asking for no long term commitment, just have a job and an income (Hung tops move to the front of the line) - There is my sense of humor again. No wild partiers (hell occasionally even I love to kick back with a margarita and watch a movie) the room is ready for viewing now, and you can move in as of November 1st.
