Spacious rooms, the sizes of the rooms are as follows:
Downstairs bedroom: 228 Sq. ft. ($550 not including utilities)
Upstairs bedroom: 226 sq. ft. ($550 not including utilities)
Other upstairs bedroom: 143 sq. ft. ($450 not including utilities)
Every room in the house has it's own thermostat, so you control your temp.
Also the entire house is electric, no gas bill. During the winters and if people are wasteful the electric bill can max out @ $1000 but during the summers and if we are conservative people it can be as low as $200 with 6 six people (that ain't bad)
There are 2 other communal rooms perfect for an artist or musician who may have work related furniture they would rather not have in their bedroom, a large kitchen and 2 full baths. A large front lawn along with a upper and lower deck in the back yard.
There is lots of parking up to 5 cars at least in front of the house. No parking permits are needed.
Groceries, laundromats and convenient stores are all less than 5 mins drives away.
I would suggest having a car or bike. The bus stop is 2 blocks away but stops running after 8pm. The nearest T stop is Forest hills about 10mins drive away.
The neighborhood is very quiet and is on a dead end street. Very safe.
