I am assigning my cute studio at Amli Perimeter Place located in the heart of Dunwoody, starting from early May. The monthly rent is $888, which is $40-50 lower than a current price!!
Although it\'s a studio (685 square feet), a partial wall separates the bed area from a a living room. The apartment is very modern, and perfect for young professionals. It\'s very clean and quiet, and everything is so close (one minute from Super Target, 3 minutes from the permiter mall, and 5 minutes to the highways!!). The apartment has a pool, gym, tennis court, etc, and provides various sports programs such as tennis lesson or yoga for free.
I really loved my studio, but had to assign it since I am leaving for another country :)
The current lease lasts until March 2012. Also, I need to sell all my furnitures and stuffs. So, the person who can take over those stuff will take a priority.
