Hello... There are 3 of us interested in moving in to a nice new place to call HOME! We are on the hunt for something available between the 1st to 15th of April! Our locations of interest are San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City, Newark, Fremont, Danville, San Ramon, and Dublin or anywhere in between that is a nice neighborhood!!! I am a 24 year old female who works full time in San Jose, my boyfriend is 34 years old working full time in Concord and my female best friend of 10 years also works full time in San Jose! Our combine total take home income is approx. $7,200! We are all professional adults without children! We are looking for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom HOUSE with 1,400+ sq. ft. of space, a nice size yard, and a garage would be great! Also willing to look at any 3 bedroom/2bathrooms that have a bonus room or something along those lines like an enclosed office space. Were looking for long term tendency, most likely longer
then 1 year! I also have a 7 year old black lab that would be a part of the household as well! Willing to pay up to $2,000/mo (but cheaper is always better) and a deposit of equal or lesser cost (installments would be ideal on deposit)!
