We are a quiet, laid-back couple iso a roommate. We live in a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a small, quiet complex. There is a pool, and we live right next to the laundry room. You would have covered parking for a car. The rent includes all utilities!! Cable TV and Internet is available but you will need your own hook-ups. There is A/C, the kitchen is sort of antiquated but everything works.
We are quiet and very laid back, and we are looking for someone who is compatible. We have a medium dog that loves everyone and a very small cat that will avoid you completely. You can't have a pet because the landlord only allows 2.
This location is great. We are 1 block from bus lines and major shopping. This spot is wonderful for anyone who doesn't have a car. Our priorities are #1: pay your rent. We just got burned badly by a roommate who did not pay his rent. You must have proof of a job or that you are on disability! #2 that you are easy to live with and quiet. $3 that you clean up after yourself. We are smokers but we do not drink or do drugs.
