Roommate wanted for duplex apartment in SoHo/Hyde Park: $575
I am a young professional woman looking for a housemate to share a 2bd, 2 ½ bath duplex unit in South Tampa. The rent is $575/month plus ½ of the utilities (electricity,cable & internet), which usually runs between $80-$100 each. Trash and water are included in monthly rent. The place is available beginning June 1st for a 1 year lease. The landlord also requests a $575 security deposit.
Your bedroom is appoximately 11 ft x 13 ft with a large closet, a view of the street, and you have your own full size bathroom (the largest one in the house). We would share all common areas: living area/kitchen/patio/garden backyard. The duplex unit is loaded with all the utilities: dishwasher, heat/AC, cable and wireless internet access, and washer/dryer.
I am looking for someone who is professional & responsible (male or female) between ages of 25-35. Friendly, yet respectful of space and clean & orderly. No smokers and no drugs please. Also, I will be adopting a small rescue dog this summer, so being ok with a dog in the house would be neccessary. Unfortunately, no additional pets will be permitted on the property. The unit is located 2 blocks north of Bayshore and 2 blocks west of Howard Ave. in South Tampa.
