Description
Ok what we have for rent is a duplex with a 1 bedroom and 1 bath on one side. It has new tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus new carpet (hunter green) thu out the whole place. It has been repainted both inside and out of the duplex(white and tan).
The rent is as following per month:
1 bed = $650
It has a security deposit: (refundable) can be broken into 2 payments if necessary
1 bed =$325
Cleaning deposit: (non-refundable)
1 bed = $100
Only 1 small pet allowed (25lbs or smaller)
With $250 (refundable) can be broken down into 2 payments if necessary
Plus we plan on putting rock down in about a month or so
