Description
Compensation: $45,000 - 60,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses. Salary range depends upon experience
The Service Manager supervises and directs all exempt and non-exempt employees in the Service Center, and is responsible for the effective operation of the service center to include: sales, productivity and profitability. The Service Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the Service center operates under safe conditions in compliance with established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, county and municipal regulations. The Service Manager works closely with the Retail Manager to achieve overall sales and operational objectives.
The qualified candidate will have completed two years of college or technical school, or two years related experience in automotive service management and/or training, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
The qualified candidate will have a current, valid driver’s license issued in the state of employment and Equipment Service Certifications.
