Partially furnished, very private room, available for non-smoker within a 10 room home in historical Forest Park, I have a twin size bed in the room, if you want a larger bed you would have to bring it. There is a small dresser and a night stand. The sitting room has a leather recliner and a settee. Hardwood floors with great rugs on them. The house is located in the historical section of Forest Heights. Just minutes away from Forest Park – I am about 8 houses away from one of the back entrances to the park.
If you like to run or walk this is the place for you. I am an adjunct professor at one of the local colleges so if studying is what is important to you than I cannot only appreciate that but I have to also respect you for it. I work a couple of jobs and when I am here I read or watch television. I am in bed early so if you are a night owl – the house is yours at night.
