Duties and Responsibilities
This position requires a large scope of sales initiatives, including but not limited to:
· Attending networking events with potential clients/partners
· Making sales calls and attending open houses
· Meeting monthly goals
· Tracking daily/weekly activity
· Incorporating MapPoint to coordinate office visits
· Building and Maintaining relationships with other real estate professionals
· Maintaining involvement in industry organizations
· Developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations
Desired Knowledge and Skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry at all levels and should possess the following:
· Superior communication skills with the ability to articulate the unique value of Applus+ Home Inspections’ services
· Excellent presentation skills
· Demonstrated energetic, self starter attitude
· Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Compensation:
· Commission + Bonus Potential
· Earning potential $75,000+
