community-based geriatric day program located in Denver that offers
comprehensive care for the frail elderly. Multidisciplinary teams work together to create and implement care plans for our participants. We are seeking RNs & LPNs
with a CO license and 3-5 years nursing experience including IV proficiency for
the following:
Clinic LPN - Lakewood
Home Care LPN - Thornton & Aurora
Home Care RN - Aurora
Geriatric Nurse Practitioner - Aurora
Float RNs and LPNs - Denver Metro
End of LIfe RN - Denver
