Description
War Drum Studios is seeking a full time Game Producer for its upcoming next generation game projects who is able to work on location in our Gainesville, FL office. Producers have responsibility for the project as a whole, specifically handling task management, publisher and licensee communications, game build creation and submission, and a few related but more mundane office tasks such as sending and filling project related invoices.
We have no specific qualifications, but are looking for the following traits in our future coworker:
- High level of energy and enthusiasm. Ability to 'rally the team' for on-time milestones and continuous high throughput.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate honestly with publishers and clients while still protecting War Drum's interests.
- Pro-active in finding clever solutions to difficult problems
- Looking to innovate in a particular field of gaming
- Understanding of the small company environment and ready to make an immediate, major impact.
- We'll do a thorough and objective look at every applicant, but a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field is helpful
