We have a room for rent for a certified Therapist/Esthetician who has a strong base clientele or looking for a location to build clientele. We are located in the Yorkshire Downs Shopping Center.We would like for you to be certified with proper certification, business and insurance license. If you are an Esthetician the same applies. You may use our products (Bioelements), bu the rent will be $350 and we will collect a percentage of the products that you sell from our account. If you bring your own products rent will be $300. You will be responsibile for booking your clients and taking payments. Rent is due the 1st of evey month. You may contact us at sunsetspa3@aol.com.
