BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for leading and conducting audits and analysis, facilitating and certifying others to facilitate the primary diversity training programs, designing secondary diversity programs, and providing support to business units in implementing their diversity plans and other diversity initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource OR 4 years Human Resources experience; 2) 4 years experience in diversity, including responsibility for leading one or more diversity-related programs; 3)Experience modeling Diversity principles; 4) Experience working with equity initiatives and analyses; 5) Experience in developing and monitoring multiple projects; 6) Knowledge of diversity implementation programs and EEO/AA regulatory guidelines; 7) PC experience including spreadsheet software and calculating general descriptive statistics; 8) Knowledge of project management techniques and software; 9) Written and verbal communication skills to develop and facilitate training, to design surveys, to negotiate with/advise/assist all levels of management, and compose communications and plans; 10)Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Experience in completing diversity surveys.
