Nail Technician and Designer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Provide a full range of nail treatment services to guests, in a precise and accurate manner, following established procedures and protocols.
-Professionally greet guests, providing an initial consultation and maintaining a positive relationship throughout the appointment.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service while being courteous and attentive to guest needs, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Take initiative and action to perfect beauty service knowledge and skills.
- Proactively develop new customers---maintain client cards and send notes to existing clients on a regular basis.
- Maintain a consistent level of sales productivity with a client base of at least ninety (90) percent request business and ten (10) percent walk in business.
-Achieve rebooking goal of fifty (50) percent.
- Assist clients in the selection of additional retail products or services as appropriate for their needs, in accordance with established retail sales goals.
- Participate in promotional activity to build current guest loyalty and/or attract new guests. Activities include the provision of complimentary services and educating guests on available promotions & programs (e.g., series sales, retail sales, etc.).
- Attend and participate in training meetings, sales promotions and outside beauty shows.
- Maintain safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Perform general clerical duties (as needed) in a timely and accurate manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Appropriate training, experience and certification (established for specific levels of the position).
- Thorough knowledge of treatments, products and related application procedures.
- Good (English speaking) communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Physical mobility, able to stand on feet for a prolonged period of time.
- Flexible, reliable, and available to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Current applicable license.
