I am looking for a female roommate, at least 25 years old with a full time job, single mother okay, to help share the rent. I am a single mom with a six year old daughter. The bedroom available is the master room which is located on a second floor loft with own door. Hard wood floors, very large closet, two windows on opposite sides of the room one has view of the Verazzano Bridge. Very spacious, large enough for a queen and twin bed. It is the largest room in the house. The bathroom and kitchen would be shared. Would like to set up a cleaning schedule for the bathroom to share the responsibility. Own shelf in bathroom closet and own side of medicine cabinet for your personal bathroom needs. Own cabinets for food, the kitchen is not that big but has plenty of cabinets. Can share refrigerator. No living room because I would use it as my bedroom. All doors would be able to be locked. Heat, hot water and electric included. Option to go half on cable and wireless internet. Very nice quite area in grasmere off fingerboard and hylan, 5 mins from Verazzano Bridge. Walking distance to all express buses to Manahttan and Broolyn bound buses. Bus to SI Ferry on corner of block. I drive into Brooklyn can also carpool if needed. I need serious inquiries only. I need someone clean and responsible. My daughter and I are quite ,good hearted people looking for the same. Smoking okay only in your room and only if you use a reverse window fan, no pets not allowed by landlord.
