Job Description:
An employee in this position will perform a range of basic office support. Position requires: a routine clerical/customer service support, including copying, typing, contact with individuals by phone and in person, and routine file maintenance. Will perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Duties:
Answer and direct heavy incoming phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned, Establishes, maintains, processes, and/or updates files, records, and/or other documents. .
Position Qualifications:
Typing, computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Ability to multi – task.
A Self Starter
Someone who is punctual, and reliable (A MUST)
Some knowledge of Commercial/Personal lines Insurance helpful, but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Good interpersonal skills.
Good oral and writing articulation skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written material.
• Skill in the use of operating basic office equipment.
• Receptionist skills.
• Word processing and/or data entry skills.
