This is the early 2008 model (MB134LL/A) available from Apple. It features the new multi-touch trackpad that allows gestures similar to the iPhone and Macbook Air.

Warranty: This laptop is covered by Apple's 1 Year limited warranty until Jan 4, 2010.
This warranty can be extended to three years (2012) by purchasing Applecare anytime before the end of the first year.

Condition: The laptop is brand new in retail box with all original accessories. The box was briefly opened to upgrade the memory with 4GB of Kingston brand memory and do an initial boot test with the upgraded RAM. The 4GB carries a lifetime warranty (note that upgrading the ram is sanctioned by Apple and does not void the laptop's 1 year warranty). The widescreen matte display is flawless with zero dead pixels. The box has been resealed.
