The Showbiz Start-Up Seminar is a monthly program for aspiring artists, curious parents of talented and adorable children, or anyone who is interested in the entertainment industry. Each meeting is designed to provide actors or musicians with the essential information they need to start their careers.
For ACTORS, Showbiz Start-Up will cover such topics as
·The local scene
·How to market yourself to talent buyers and the materials you will need to do so
·When to look for an agent
·What to do – and what NOT to do – at auditions and networking events
·How to mind your P’s and Q’s on the set
·And much more....
Participants will leave each session with a recommended reading list, and other materials to help them learn the skills and tips they need to know to take their first steps into the industry.
