Those with less than perfect or poor credit can still be financed with 15-20% down.
Thoses with good to great credit can be financed with less down.
Please be advised this is not an owner will carry home. I am just letting every one know that the park we live in does in house financing. Any questions regarding their financing will have to be answered by the managers of our park.
