Ogilvy & Mather is pleased to announce, OgilvyAIR (artist in residence),a new 18-month program based in Ogilvy NY’s Creative Department. We are currently hunting for young creative innovators from all disciplines. We want the best multi-channel thinkers with the brightest ideas. Ogilvy AIRoffers five young creative minds a competitive salaried position and the amazing opportunity to work on global brands. It also gives them the chance to work directly with some of the smartest minds in Advertising. This program is best suited for recent graduates with an interest in pursuing a career in creative advertising. We are looking for free-spirited applicants that have the following qualities: courage, curiosity, playfulness, candor, intuition, and persistence.

Eligibility & Selection Process:
To be eligible for the Ogilvy AIR Program, which begins in September 2014, you must be a recent graduate or a college senior graduating by May 2014.

Twelve selected applicants will be flown to our New York office for an interview on the weekend of April 12, 2014. Five will ultimately be offered positions in the program.

How to Apply:

Submit the following items through

1. Upload a .pdf of your resume

2. Send us a .doc listing your creative accomplishments and/or projects of interest. (feel free to include links)

3. Send us two professional or educational letters of reference along with contact details (.pdf)

4. Choose two of the following assignments to complete.

a. Create a video portrait that best represents yourself and your skills. Max 2 ½ minutes. (.mov)

b. Create a digital experience that shows us why you should be working at Ogilvy. (send us a .doc with the link)

c. Write a compelling argument explaining how these two images are connected. 100 words max. Click link below to view the images- )

d. Write and record an original song about something you saw on the news recently. Max 2 ½ minutes. Album art is welcome. (.mp3)

e. Invent an original product or a business and pitch it to us in the form of a slide show. 12 slides max (.pdf)
