The apartment is on the 14th floor and has a great view from all the rooms. The building has a gym and a lounge. The price includes water, electricity, air conditioning, internet, cable, and laundry. Here is some more info about the building:

There is a bus that stops right outside the apartment and goes to Harvard Square in ten minutes. The neighborhood is residential and quiet and the building is right across the street from Fresh Pond and a golf course. Shaw's and the Fresh Pond mall are also really close.
The room is available as early as May 20th and can be rented until August 31st.
