Me and my fiance are desperately looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom, 1 bath for less than 900.00 a month. We are currently paying 1500.00 a month for a 2bdrm, 1bath and have been for the past year. Both of us have terrible credit and are looking to consolidate to repair our credit but cannot because we pay so much in rent. We have two bill obligations besides the rent, we both have full time jobs. Our combined income a month is 3,282.00 We've looked at alot of places and considered applying but cannot find the logic in paying 70.00 for a credit check that's non-refundable and we both know that our credit is bad. Neither one of us have evictions and have good rental history, it's just our credit history and score that is holding us back.
