1 Bedroom Apartment - Takeover my lease

Description
I am looking for someone to take over my third-floor 1 bedroom/1 bath (840 sq ft) apartment with a balcony and a greenbelt view in a luxury community (built only 3 years ago, with two swimming pools, fitness center, Internet cafe, controlled access) from approximately July 6 to September 28; you can then take over my lease beyond September 28 if you'd like. As an incentive, I will also pay you $100 to take over the lease (if you take over the lease until it expires on Sept. 28).
The community is located on Brodie Lane, near Davis Lane, within a mile of grocery stores and a few miles of many restaurants and stores (including Target, Wal-Mart, etc.).
The rent is $895/mo, and water and trash ar added to rent for a total of approximately $925/mo. Gas, electric, cable, and phone are paid separately. Rent and security deposit are negotiable, and the start and end dates are flexible. The lease can be renewed in your name after September 28 for $895/mo.
The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. Furniture, e.g., futon, coffee table, TV stand, bed, etc. may be available and negotiable.
