YesEvents.Org is a community outreach project that gathers unused and safely handled catering remnants, and then uses those to prepare meals for the working poor and homeless in the greater San Jose area. http://yesevents.org
Working together with comercial Caterers we have fed over 25,285 men, women, and children, and produced 15 outreach events touching the lives of 2285 shelter residents with Joy, laughter and entertainment. At these events we bring fresh hot barbecue, live entertainment (donated by caring local artists), and children’s activities/games, to the lives of emergency housing shelter residents in need of encouragement.
Your leftover catering remnants do not need to go to waste,. They can be used to feed the homeless and working poor in your community.
