Hey,
I am in the process of trying to find an apartment to move in by November 1st preferably in downtown Pleasant Hill. I already have some places in mind. I will be starting school there in November and i dont have means of transportation, so I would like to stay close by because it will be more accomodating. I would like to lease a one bedrooom or two bedroom, one bath. Please notify me if you would be interested in getting a place with me in this location and around this time. My requirements is that your a female, preferably between the ages of 18-30. But, if not, thats okay. I am looking for a CLEAN, respectable, trustworthy, down to earth FEMALE, who will be dependable, and punctual with bills and rent. As far as me, I am a sweet girl, I am 21 years old, I am going to be going to cosmetology school 6 days a week 9 to 5. Not to mention working a few nights a week. So I will be gone alot of the time. But for the most part I am nice, easy to live with, honest, and reliable and Fun. I dont throw parties, although I like to go out and have fun occasionally, but who doesn't? The cheapest possible arrangement could be a shared one bedroom, for 475 plus PG&E and cable. and The max could be a shared two bedroom apartment for 550 to 600 plus Pg&e and cable.
