The Professional Services Consultant work independently or as part of a team to define, test and deliver technical and functional Accero solutions to customer requirements. Consultants must have a customer service mentality and be comfortable working closely with users at all levels.
Duties: ? Participate in a collaborative team environment with significant exposure to Sales, Product Development and management
? Work closely with project managers to develop project plans and cost estimates
? Attend meetings and deliver periodic project status updates (both internally and with customers)
? Develop and review requirements, design specifications, QA test plans and provide customer test recommendations
? Live on the leading edge of company products and services; must have an ?early adopter? mentality
? Make recommendations, give direction to others and perform work fairly independently or with minimal supervision
? Serve as internal expert - assisting other consultants and groups for training, implementation and troubleshooting
? All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications: ? B.S. Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
? 2+ years of experience working with business analytics (BI) tools and technologies (preferably including SSRS), SQL query design and optimization, data mart architecture and data acquisition (ETL)
? Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS (DB2 experience a plus)
? Excellent O/S skill sets in UNIX & Windows
? Must be able to travel as needed
? Experience working with multiple teams and personalities and proven success in ability to adapt to continuous change and competing priorities
