Job Description
TheSales Audit Customer Service Clerk will review, analyze and resolve incorrect or fraudulent merchant card transactions. Assist the Sales Audit Department management with customer inquiries and responses.
Required Skills
* Download daily sales transaction tickets, analyze results and respond to our bank.
* Review and analyze all duplicate and/or fraudulent credit card transactions through our bank, and prepare appropriate documentation for merchant card adjustments or customer reimbursements.
* Respond to merchant card related customer inquiries.
* Review, reconcile and code all invoices for inbound store mail.
* Other duties or projects as required.
Required Experience
* High school diploma or GED.
* Minimum two years Sales Audit customer service experience.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Solid general math skills.
* Some data entry experience.
* 10-key ability.
