specific responsibilities include:
providing guidance to employees who are reviewing and analyzing rfps; negotiating customer and major subcontractor contracts; reviewing, license agreements and marketing agreements, service agreements.teaming agreements and contract modifications,
extensive experience relating to bids and proposals and highly-specialized legal documents to include contracts, subcontracts.
