Title: Senior Producer - Temporary
Location: California-Novato
Toys for Bob is currently looking for an experienced video game Producer. Applicant must have experience with internal production development. You should have 5 or more years of game experience and have shipped at least 3 console games of good quality.
This is a 6 month contract (with the possibility of fulltime) during the last phases of production on our game. We're looking for a master scheduler - someone who can manage and report against team assignments to assist in getting the game out the door on time. To do this you will need to excel at prioritizing work assignments, managing bug fixes and keeping a constant flow of communication between team members.
No travel is required for this role.
* At least 5 years of experience in video game production
* At least 3 AAA game titles shipped
* Experience with project management software, or extensive use of Microsoft Excel for such purposes
* Experience interacting with publishers through the development cycle
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact with cross-functional groups to achieve success.
