responsible for achieving profitable personal lines growth in partnership with national agecnies, account exec.
initiates special projects which may include in-depth research and analysis to assess a problem and/or offer a solution to meet a client's needs. traniing materials for service operations and underwriting operations), g.work with necessary it resources to customize the quoting system to accurately price proudcts available to specific platform agencies,
based on product customization.
shared responsibility for annual joint planning with each agency/distributor, measuring and monitoring the results. support company sponsored marketing or sales events to achieve sales targets
support/coordinate underwriting scorecard reviews, profit restoration, new business quality indicators
develop additional product lines to maximize shelf space of safeco offerings
leverage it solutions when available to achieve results (hnt, xml product lines)
monitor profit performance of the safeco portfolio within the agency,
monitor company market share within each agency parnter for core product lines
develop/manage action plans to improve market share
develop sales promotions inclduing business caess.

partner with the platform tranier to craete and delvier training to agents on products.
responsbiilities:
responsible for relatoinship management of national agencies opertaing in 48 states selilng personal lines (safeco) products in variyng industry verticals (including retail, wholesale, financial institutions, company owned and on-line).
minimum 8 years of demonstrated knowledge and understanding of personal lines insurance.
collaborating with the safeco product management team to customize policy language to meet the individual needs of platform agencies, and implementing profit correction initiatives driven from data analytics.what's your policy?.
bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
