Description * Drive electric and gas powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices in order to push, pull, lift, or move products, equipment, or materials around the plant.
* Maintain the working condition of forklifts by recharging batteries, filling fuel tanks, or replacing liquefied gas tanks.
* Acquire skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment that will allow you to better perform your job.
* Inventory materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.
* Weigh materials or products and record weights on tags, labels, or production schedules.
Requirement
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Successfully complete written forklift comprehension test.
* Must pass the forklift driving test.
* Be willing to recertify forklift training and testing as necessary.
* Ability to read and write effectively.
* Must be punctual and dependable in arriving to work.
