b. any home health aide employed between the dates of july 1, and june 30, 1992, shall be eligible for certification by passing a competency evaluation and testing as required by the depatrment, 1993.the home health care serivces provider must have proof that the home health aide and/or certfiied nursing assistant is on the registry prior to hiring.
