Job Description
Requisites:
* Must have intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to analyze and report data
* Must have ability to work with Voxware, Accuterm, Highjump
* Act as a role model to the team by contributing to the overall outcome by being positive, respectful and helpful to others while completing daily duties
Required Skills
Teamwork and Communication:
* Model the way by inspiring, motivating and encouraging teamwork
* Assist in the training and development of users for data tracking
* Possess excellent communication skills, effectively delegate projects and consistently follow-up with the management team
* Participate in developing KPIs and documenting Best Practices
* Effectively utilize communication techniques to track, report and display DC Metrics
* Se the example by always adhering to Company policies and procedures
Required Experience
Operations:
* Take an active role in the training and development of support teams for data management
* Act as DC liaison in coordinating projects and ensuring feedback is provided to Sr. Management
* Administrative support to Operations Manager and Director of Operations
* Track all DC KPIs to include, O/S, CPH, Throughput, Safety, Load Ready, Shipping, Accuracy, Cube, Fill Rate and CPC
* Ability to analyze and report data and check for data integrity
* Work with IT, CIT and support teams to monitor and track data
* Project management tracking and reporting
* Other administrative tasks as assigned
Physical Demands:
* Sitting, standing and walking throughout the DC, durations varies depending on daily activities. 
* Use of computer for 80% of the work
