Req Number 36486BRJob Title Analyst IIIJob Code and Payroll Title 7236: ANALYST IIIJob Code and Payroll Title 7236 ANALYST IIILocation Fresno, CADepartment Name UCSF Fresno Medical Education ProgramWork Days 8:00am - 5:00pmShift DaysShift Length 8 HoursJob Summary UCSF Fresno is a major educational and clinical branch of UCSF that is located in the Central San Joaquin Valley and is administered by the Office of the Associate Dean in Fresno; programs and affiliations of the School of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Dentistry are administered by UCSF-Fresno; the UCSF-Fresno Medical Education Program (MEP), the largest component, offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate training programs with particular emphasis on primary care clinical disciplines.The Office of Medical Education is responsible for graduate medical education in the UCSF Fresno MEP residents and fellow, and continuing dental education Medical Education represents the largest portion of the UCSF Fresno Program and is central to UCSF\'s mission in the Central Valley; additionally, educational support activities have been shifted from the Associate Dean\'s Office to the Office of Medical Education; the changes represent the expansion of activities that directly relate to program quality, process, and accreditation and enable the continued improvement of the UCSF Fresno programs; will also perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications BA/B.S. degree or the equivalent in experience and 3 years of experience/training in administrative analysis or operations research or an equivalent combination of educational and experience; experience with the development and implementation of policies and procedures; word processing, spreadsheets and database experience; demonstrated analytical and financial management skills; strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to meet deadlines and work under direction of several individuals; philosophy of customer service.
