Underground Area Sales Leader - Western US location
successful applicants must be physically capable of performing work duties in tunnel operations environment 2 - 3 times a week.
this position can be based working from a home office.owners and/or contractors to promote the basf total solution for tunnel projects
responsible along with rbsm in the coordination of new product introductions within area, designers,
responsible for identifying and building relations with new customers
prepare quotations and negotiate pricing with customers
organize presentations with engineers.
accountable for maintaining leadership in local industry organizations.
informs appropriate organizational function of competitor and market intelligence.
responsible for providing support to saels personnel on technical issues.
you will provide action plans and analysis for gaining business, which includes providing support for complex technical issues and assisting in product training.tbm products including soil conditioning technology
this position implements and complies with company initiatives, and procedures, policies, ground consolidation,
you will have working and demonstrated knowledge of all facets of tunnel construction including; ground support technologies; sprayed and in situ concrete.relocation is not available for this opening.you will travel throughout the wesetrn us as required.untied sttaes-colroado-denver

· 5 years tunnelling based experience required

accountable for assisting the rbsm in his/her assigned area with revenue & profitability improvement plans by: identifying target projects and contractors, promote product technologies related to all facets of tunneling ; identifying segment potential and developing market share targets; accountable for assisting in area's customer satisfaction; responsible for assisting in area's contribution p&l
accountable for assisting sales personnel at target accounts in the area by providing account-centric product solutions, on-site project/product support driving new technology and expanding customer relationships as well as maintaining existing relationships.you will provide support in both the development and training of basf underground segment specialists.
working within your assigned area you be responsible for managing and developing tunnel projects and contractors utilizing basf technologies.
