Other Job related information This position is for Multiple shift(s) in support 787 Final Assembly, Mid Body, and Aft Body in North Charleston, S.C. Ability to relocate permanently to Charleston, South Carolina is required. Requires a motivated individual who is a self-starter with the ability to identify issues, develop conclusions, and make recommendations in support of executive leadership. Must be capable and comfortable with autonomy, initiating and building relationships, and working with all levels of leadership in the Operations Manufacturing environment. Requires proficiency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management analysis tools.Strong communication and problem-solving skills; familiarity with aircraft join/structural assembly, final assembly, test and related manufacturing techniques, practices and procedures. Familiarity with Employee Engagement, Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools; Program planning and/or scheduling experience and an understanding of risk management methodologies and processes is highly desired.
