principle duites and responsbilities:
operates telephone equipment to receive, transfer and transmit calls
performs clerical tasks such as referring callers to appropriate offices and locating telephone numbers.
abiilty to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
two yeras related work expeirence.
ability to use independent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, develop strong relationships with associates, and develop and utilize resources effectively.routine clerical work may also be required.
dependable, and possess excellent cusotmer serivce skills, self motivated, friendly.
