qualifications:
must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or g.
assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues. success will follow - for both our company and our employees, we know if we do this.
review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
prpeare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.the rental sales agent provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction (at time of rental and return) using the company apporved sales and service techinques.
prepare the rental agreement fodler with all required information.exciting careers and opportnuities are made posisble, at national and alamo, becuase how far you go is relaly up to you.must be able to work the follwoing shfit/schdeule:
must be able to work a fleixble part time schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights and holidays:, days,
must have a minimum of 2 years of commission or incentive based sales experience

the starting pay for thehobby rental sales agentposition is $8.50/hour, with performance based monthly income commissions averaging between $700.00 - $1000.00 dollars.

responsibilities:
use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
