Position Summary:
ACCO Brands Corporation, one of the world\'s largest suppliers of branded office products, with annual revenues of nearly $2 billion, is seeking a Catalog Specialist to create internal and external catalogs that are accurate, complete, produced on time, and to specifications. This role will report to the Catalog Supervisor. We’re looking for an individual with strong catalog, process, and project management skills for our Marketing team!

Key Position Responsibilities:

Perform customer and internal catalog reviews assuring that reviews are accurate, complete and produced on time; assure satisfaction by conducting post review follow-ups.
*
Coordinate all processes and procedures to produce catalog reviews. This includes and is not limited to: contacting Account Managers; providing direction to appropriate staff for content and revisions; handling the distribution of review materials; gathering sell sheets and images; completing spec sheets and compiling binders. Assure completed binders are accurate, complete, and professional in presentation, adhere to customer specifications and are delivered on time.

Provide support on major internal catalogs/brochures (FACT book, Back to School, New Products and any other larger brochures/catalogs) from a non-graphics standpoint. Rune processes for all constituents (Product Managers, graphics and production area, and Marketing Services Director) to perform role and stay on time.

Provide project management assistance and tracking for merchandising projects. Provide ad hoc support as needed to Merchandising Manager.

Organize trade show badges, hotels and other administrative requirements for the Trade Show Manager.

Process invoices in Oracle and update database.
*
Proof read projects within marketing services.
*
Support graphics/production area on projects such as mock ups, image pulls, especially for catalog reviews, and uploading images to DIL.
*
Serve as the contact for legal for US Marketing trademarks. Liaise with relevant Brand Managers on documentation and decisions.
*
Work on other projects as needed for Marketing Services team.

Maintain service levels and monitor metrics.
Position Qualifications:
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience; some college or Associates Degree preferred.
* 5+ years experience working in a corporate environment with 3+ years experience project management within customer service, sales service, marketing or related field.
* 1+ years of Catalog management experience preferred.
* Experience with Merchandising and Trade Shows a plus.
* Ability to apply sound logic and make recommendations to resolve challenges/questions.
* Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under time pressure.
* Must understand and possess strong skills in project and time management, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, communication and customer service.
* Drive for results with an ability to work cross functionally internally and with vendors.
* Team player that knows how and has focus on meeting internal customer needs.
* Basic mathematical skills including ability to create worksheets/templates in Excel and other graphic design scheduling tools.
* Standard PC tools including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to learn internal tools for catalog production – PC based.
