Position Summary:
We are looking for Certified Master Black Belts with extensive Lean / Six Sigma expertise and experience. Manufacturing and Transactional experience a plus. This role will work with the management team to deploy and drive Lean Sigma Methodologies through out the organization.
* Deliver Lean Six Sigma training at Green and Black Belt levels
* Apply strong consultative, relationship management and influencing skills at all levels of the organization.
* Lead process review and tollgates, facilitate team meetings, act as a change agent, and deliver training in all areas of the Lean ~ Sigma Body of Knowledge.
* Identify, plan, and lead Kaizen Events & 5S Events
* Assist management and champions in selecting projects that align with value streams and support business/functional/customer goals and strategies.
* Mentor and develop Green Belts and Black Belts toward certification.
* Work with teams of subject matter experts to remove waste, reduce cost, improve quality and delight our customers.
* Share best practices within and across the business segments.
* Identify, capture, and communicate improvement results (Quality, Speed, Compliance, Cost, etc)
* Function with a high level of autonomy.

* Bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Technology. Masters in Business a plus.
* Certified Lean / Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
* Strong demonstrated ability to deploy Systems Thinking
* At least 8-10 years of progressive work experience with Lean Sigma Systems.
* Proven ability to interact with and influence senior management.
* Excellent facilitation, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
* Possess strong business and technical skills in areas of: Lean Methodologies, Visual Management Systems (5S), DMAIC, DMADV, Visio, KPI's, and team facilitation
* Proven ability to facilitate and drive Cultural Change Management
* Broad business knowledge and ability to link customer needs with business processes.
* 25% business travel
* Knowledge of "The Deming Management Methods"
